Undertaking a self-build house project is a very daunting challenge, with lots of decisions having to be made along the way. Neither my wife nor myself find choosing anything easy and when my business partner recommended Victoria to us to assist with the interior design, it was a great weight taken off our shoulders.
Victoria was a delight to work with and, as a result of her input, we have a house which is stunning throughout but also practical. Victoria assisted us with all the internal electrical and lighting choices as well as with all the decorating, curtains and flooring choices. Having got to know our likes and dislikes, Victoria narrowed down the choices we had to make in each of the areas, making it so much easier for us to then decide as we proceeded through the project.

I am absolutely delighted with my new little home. Vicki transformed what was originally a garage into a beautiful two-storey bijou cottage, and somehow managed to make it feel both cosy and incredibly light and spacious.
I had some very specific requirements from the outset. I wanted to bring my piano and as much of my furniture and belongings from my previous home as possible, I wanted to install a lift to make the house easier to live in as I get older, and I wanted a luxurious wet room that could eventually be used comfortably with a carer. Properly future-proofing the house was very important to me.
Vicki thought through every aspect of the design so carefully. She found clever ways to incorporate everything I wanted, with beautifully considered storage that has allowed me to fit everything in and more, without the rooms ever feeling cluttered.
What I particularly love is that nothing feels compromised. The cottage feels warm and cosy, but it is also light, airy, practical and designed to work for me well into the future. It feels like a proper little home rather than a converted garage.
